You don’t need to know the difference between Hatha and Ashtanga. You can try both, and more, at Hart House and find your personal yoga style. Beginner classes offer a gentle introduction to this ancient form of body awareness while intermediate and advanced classes help you develop your practice. Taking you through strengthening and stretching postures, yoga can improve your overall health and peace of mind.
