Get Your Zoom On Twice A Week

We’ve added a second Zoomer-Fit class! Now you can participate in this lively, designed for Boomers fitness class Mondays and Thursdays at 10 a.m., starting January 22, 2018.

Hart House Runners

Join the Runners’ group every Friday at 1 pm on our indoor track. The group has been meeting since 1974. All are welcome, from students to faculty, and all levels are accommodated.

Facility News

Normal operations today.

The North Entrance to the Fitness Centre will close for the winter on Monday, November 27, 2017. You can continue to enter the Fitness Centre via the accessible Tower Rd. entrance or the main entrance on Hart House Circle.  Please check here for the anticipated re-opening of the north entrance.

The Tower Rd Entrance (accessible) is now open: Thank you for your patience during this difficult repair.
