Description: Flow yoga comes from Vinyasa, or 'breath synchronized movement' where flowing from one pose to the next happens through inhalation and exhalation, threading together asana in a seamless dance of movement.
As all yoga classes, there is a focus on alignment and connection with breath and meditation. Allowing a new freedom of expression students can explore their bodies in a more unpredictable form than Ashtanga classes. The overall result is a mind/body experience that is appropriate for all ages and levels as one tunes into following their body in their own rhythm, allowing joint lubrication and release from struggles of holding poses for extended periods of time.
