Description: Tired of swimming by yourself? Training for a triathlon? Want to improve your stroke mechanics or your endurance? Masters Swim may be just what you are looking for! Enjoy fitness through swimming, allowing all levels of participants to improve technique through regular coaching and structured training. Your enthusiasm is more important than your speed, however, you must be able to swim at least four lengths (100 yards) uninterrupted. This activity is available in your choice of a 4-week or 8-week session.
