As you already know, University of Toronto students are automatically Hart House members with access to a variety of fitness, educational, and social opportunities. What you might not know is that we are home to 28 special interest clubs and committees that can help you find out who are you outside the classroom.
How much you chose to get involved is entirely up to you:
- Attend an event that sounds interesting – our clubs and committees organize events all year long, from social gatherings and guest lectures to musical events and hands-on activities. Check out our events calendar, or follow us on social media, to hear about upcoming events.
- Drop by a club or committee welcome meeting in September to meet the members and hear about what they have planned and how you can get involved. Check out what these clubs have going on: Hart House Orchestra, Investment Club, Jazz Ensemble, Chamber Strings, Symphonic Band, Chess Club and the Camera Club.
- Join a committee as a voting member, or as part of their executive team. Your participation could be eligible for the Co-curricular Record.
Hart House clubs and committees have something for everyone, find the group that’s right for you. If you find an organization that you would like to be a part of, contact them directly for membership information.
Check out a concert, hit the stage or plan a musical event.
